Acceptance Criteria- Experienced Models are accepted by audition. Please CLICK HERE to fill out the Talent Submission Form. Acceptance into the agency does not guarantee work. Our clients make those decisions. PAMA pledges to promote all talents accepted into the agency. As a condition of acceptance, the talent agrees to have no other representation in the State of Alabama.

PAMA Agency Fees- No acceptance fee is required to become a PAMA talent. No fees are required to meet or audition with an agent. PAMA’s agency commission is 20%, 10% for SAG/AFTRA projects.

Talent Responsibilities- It is your responsibility to provide portfolio photos (models), headshots & demo reels (actors). PAMA clients select (book) our talents directly from our website, so your web page is your comp card and resume. Clients expect information about you to be accurate and up-to-date. Further, to stay competitive PAMA must be able to reach you, book you, and pay you quickly. Contact PAMA when any of the following change: Contact Information: Cell Phone, Home Phone, Address, or e-mail address. Physical Attributes: Height, Sizes, Hair Color etc. (The difference in one inch in height can be career changing!)

Photo Guidelines- PAMA provides high quality photo shoots and headshots at very reasonable prices to help our talents keep their portfolios up to date for our clients. Reserve a date for your photo shoot or headshots. If you choose to shoot with someone other than PAMA, please follow these guidelines: 1) Provide PAMA electronic copies (either via e-mail or by CD/DVD) of photos, preferably less than a year old 2) Do not provide originals or “your only copy” of photos or electronic media to PAMA … PAMA cannot be held responsible for photos or electronic media that are lost or damaged 3) Models should provide as much diversity as possible in the photos submitted to PAMA: headshots and full bodies; multiple profiles; some smiling, some not; casual, business; hair formal, informal, etc. 4) Obtain permission from the photographer (preferably full rights release) for use of the photos on the PAMA web site.

Web Page Guidelines- You must sign a consent form to have modeling or acting content on www.pamamodels.com. Talent under 18 must have the consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian. If you have tear-sheets (magazines, newspapers, or other print media) or video from commercial projects you’ve participated in, please provide a copy to PAMA. Our clients prefer to see real work you have done. PAMA welcomes your input into what content goes onto the website, but PAMA will make all final decisions.- Please review your web content periodically for errors, omissions, and technical issues.

Client/Casting Director Contact- When clients or casting directors contact you directly, refer them to PAMA. Failure to do so violates your condition of acceptance and will result in dismissal from the agency. Self-representation is prohibited. Do not contact clients for copies of finished work or ask about future projects or when you will be paid. All details of the project and future projects will be handled by your agent.

Agent Contact- Keep all phone and e-mail correspondence with your agent as brief as possible. Do not call or e-mail PAMA to find out if you’ve been chosen for a job.
